STEP 1

Download and install Adobe Air and Adobe Reader:

• Adobe Air: Download via the following link

• Adobe Reader: Download via the following link

STEP 2

Download and install the box office app:

• Box office: Download via the following link

Install MAC 64 Bits (Catalina, BigSur, Monterey or later*)

STEP 1

Download and install Adobe Air and Adobe Reader:

• Adobe Air 64 Bits: Download via the following link

• Adobe Reader: Download via the following link

After installing Adobe Air, an error like the following will be displayed:

Click on OK and continue with the following installation steps.

Once this is done, you will need to include a couple of commands in the MAC terminal to correct the error that has appeared. You can find the MAC TERMINAL in Applications >Utilities>Terminal.

At the terminal, write: cd /Library/Frameworks && sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine . /Adobe AIR.framework and press Enter.

It is possible that when applying these commands it is necessary to enter the computer key in the terminal. For security, the key will not be displayed.

Once the key is entered, press Enter. Now you can close the terminal screen.

STEP 2

Download and install the locker app:

• Box office : Download via the following link 

Installation MAC (Versions prior to Catalina OS)

Download and install Adobe Air and Adobe Reader:

STEP 2

Download and install the Box office app:

Box office: Download via the following link

After installation:

Enter the license and user. If the application has been successfully installed, when you first start, a window will appear requesting the license. You can contact Support to request the license.

How to find out the OS version on MAC:

You can find the current version of your Mac by clicking the Apple logo on the top left corner of the screen.
