I can't connect to the access control API

If this screen appears when trying to connect your PDA to the access control API, follow the instructions we show you below

Possible causes:

• You don't have Wi-Fi or GPRS connection.

Solutions:

• If the Wi-Fi or GPRS connection is already configured wait for the PDA to connect and restart the application. Otherwise, configure the connection following the information which you'll find in the configuration article that corresponds to your PDA.
