I can't remember my username or password to get into the access control API

If you can't remember your username and/or pasword when logging in to the access control API, or you've entered incorrect details, look at the possible solutions that we give you below:   

Possible causes:

Check that you have a Wi-Fi or GPRS connection. If so, check yoiu have entered your userame and pasword correctly.
