If this message appears when you go into the Onebox Acess Control application, check this information:

Possible causes:

  • The file doesn't exist or has stopped working properly.

Solutions:

  • Restart the PDA. If that doesn't solve the problem, reinstall the Powertools that correspond to our PDA model following the article: Installation manual.
