- You will have access to the tabs of booking lists and operations lists. By default, you will directly access the operation lists. Once you have managed your reservations and converted them into purchases, you will be able to consult them.
LIST OF RESERVATIONS
In the list of reservations, you can manage the tickets of those reservations that have been assigned to you.
To facilitate the management of reservations, by default only active reservations will be shown, that is, those reservations that have a ticket to manage. However, if you want to check an inactive reservation, you simply have to deselect the show only the active ones checkbox.
On one hand, you could sort by event and sort by session
On the other hand, you can search the reservations by email, reference, telephone number, channel name, user and date of reservation.
For more details about the information of the reservation, you can simply click on the reservation you wish to consult.
Once the reservation has been consulted, you obtain the tickets for yourself if you require it.
In case of obtaining the reservation, you can obtain one, some or all the tickets available in the reservation.
