Distribution lists are stored databases of previously made data enquiries. Follow this step by step to create a distribution list.
1. Go to Distribution lists in CRM > Distribution lists and select the option New to create a new distribution list. This list needs to be activated in the system.
2. To store the data in the distribution list, it is necessary to make an query with this data. Go to CRM > Queries and select the option Add to a distribution list. If you have any questions, you can consult the article How does the CRM module work.
At this moment, the list of customers consulted will become part of the Distribution List tab that we select.
