4.1. You can search by session’s name, enclosure’s name and filter by date
Select the locations you want to manage. There are two alternatives, which can be configured simultaneously or separately.
On the one hand, the selection on map is displayed by default and you can select multiple locations by dragging the cursor.
On the other hand, the automatic selection where the number of locations you have selected will be selected automatically.
If both options are configured, the selection on map will appear by default.
However, if you wish, you can select the automatic selection.
- At this point in the process, there are two alternatives: either to obtain the tickets or to reserve the tickets for a third person. Depending on the permits you have been granted, you may be able to obtain and/or reserve.
OBTAIN THE TICKETS
The sending information module is the person who will receive the email with the tickets and the confirmation receipt of the operation, in this case the obtaining of the tickets. By default, the data of the logged-in user will appear, that is, your information, but you can modify this if you want to send the tickets directly to another person.
You will immediately see the confirmation page with your booking reference and the information about the process.
The addressee, either is yourself or another person, will receive an email with the purchase receipt and the tickets in Passbook and/or PDF format.
RESERVATION OF THE TICKETS
In case that you would like to make a reservation so that the tickets are managed by someone else, you must fill in the manager's and addressee's information
- Reservation manager: the person who will receive credentials to access the portal and be able to manage the reserved tickets.
- Sending information: the person who will receive an email informing that there is a reservation to manage
Note 1: the manager and the addressee will usually be the same person. Therefore, the same information could be filled in for both users.
Note 2: The addressee will receive a confirmation email of the reservation
Note 3: You are the manager of the reservation, even if you have the option to share the management of the reservation, you can be the only manager if you wish.
You will immediately see the confirmation page with your booking reference and the information about the process.
Thanks to the previously specified data, a user will be automatically created for the manager, who will receive an email with the reservation receipt together with their access credentials.
Once the reservations or purchases have been managed, you will be able to view information related to the operations and make changes in the tabs of booking lists and operations lists
LIST OF RESERVATIONS
To facilitate the management of reservations, by default only active reservations will be shown, that is, those reservations that have a ticket to manage. However, if you want to check an inactive reservation, you simply have to deselect the show only the active ones checkbox.

On the other hand, you can search the reservations by email, reference, telephone number, channel name, user and date of reservation.
For more details about the information of the reservation, you can simply click on the reservation you wish to consult.
Once the reservation has been consulted, you can edit it, cancel it or obtain the tickets for yourself if you require it.
In case of editing the reservation, you can modify it, deleting any of the tickets or select another related season ticket.
In case of canceling the reservation you can cancel one, some or all the tickets available in the reservation.
In case of obtaining the reservation, you can obtain one, some or all the tickets available in the reservation.

If you want more information about the operation, click on each of the purchases, and you will be able to confirm the location, status, price... In addition, if you need it, you can download the tickets.
