2. Access

To access the Onebox panel your account manager needs to register you in CPanel. If you’re not registered, please get in touch with us and, once you have the access details, go to the control panel via the web using this url: cpanel.oneboxtm.com.

Bear in mind that depending on the role you have been assigned you will have access to certain contents in the CPanel. Only the administrator of the organization can access all the contents of the platform.

Configuring your browser

In order to visualize the platform correctly, you need to make some adjustments in your browser.

1. Go to the advanced configuration of your browser.
2. Use the search bar to find the Privacy folder.
3. Go to Configure content and in the Flash section, select Allow websites to run Flash.
