Citizen CL400S printer: FAQs

These are some of the most frequent queries about the Citizen CL400S printer. Below we give some situations and the corresponding solutions:

 

  • If your printer does not cut the ticket after printing, activate the check "enable cutter" within the box office configuration on the printer's section.
  • If your printer has a red cross in Box Office, follow these steps:

 

1. Press and hold down the button at the back of the printer (next to the led lights). Two sheets will be printed automatically. In the second of the pages, there is a field that says IP Address.

2. Go to Box Office configuration and, in the printer's section, enter the same IP that has been printed previously. In the port field, type 9100. 

Remember that in the IP field it is important not to write the zeros on the left.
