Here the steps to follow to edit an unnumbered template can be found.
Before starting the following must be clear:
- How many sectors will our venue have?
- What will the sectors be called?
- What is the total capacity of the venue?
- How many price ranges will we have?
- How many seats will be free and how many will be held?
- Will we have seats for Reduced Mobility? And completely or partially Reduced Visibility?
1. Create the sectors.
When a new template is created it always appears as a sector, a sector called “Base Sector” and if we don’t want that reflected in the sales process or in the ticket, we need to change the name.
Select the “pencil” icon.
- Introduce the desired name
- Select the “+” sign to add the capacity to the sector and the name.
- The result is the following:
- To add new sectors, select the following option and follow the previous steps:
A sector may have several unnumbered zones. An unnumbered zone or even a sector can be deleted selecting the “-“ sign.
2. Set Price ranges
Once the sectors have been created, we can move on to creating price ranges. We can create as many as the different prices of our tickets. By default a “Base Zone” ticket appears in “Price range” which includes all the default seats.
- Select the “pencil” icon to edit the ticket (name and colour)
- Transfer the seats to the corresponding price range. To do this you need to select the unnumbered zone and move all the seats to the price range.
- To add a price in the price ranges, see the manual How to add a price to your tickets.
3. Configure holds
Holds are seats which are temporarily not on sale. In the ticket section of the template you’ll be able to hold seats on several tickets. By default in “Holds” a “Promoter holds” ticket appears which you’ll be able to edit at any time.
- Select the “pencil” icon to edit the ticket (name and colour)
- Transfer the seats to the corresponding hold ticket; in order to do this you need to select the unnumbered zone and move all the locations to the ticket hold.
Note: To hold only a few seats, you need to make the holds from the sessions tab.
4. Configure visibility and accessibility.
It is the same process as the earlier examples; you need to select the price range and transfer the seats to the corresponding ticket.
