1.INTRODUCTION
Just as you have a section with our PDF and ZPL Ticket templates, you will also have a section with your Passbook templates.
These templates will be selectable per event in the same section as the PDF and ZPL templates.
The big difference between the PDF and ZPL templates is that in the Passbook templates you can edit the content for both the cover and the back.
2.CONFIGURATION
By default, you will always have 5 passbook templates:
- Template for normal event (1)
- Event template with subscription (2)
- Template for Activity event type (3)
- Event template with nominal data (4)
- Template for tour/festival event type (5)
To create a new template, you can click on the NEW TEMPLATE button at the top right, assign a name and a base template as a reference and finally click on CREATE.
Once you have created the new template, you will find the first main Information tab where you will be able to:
- Rename the template (1)
- Mark the template as Default Template (favourite) (2)
- Select available languages (3)
- Download passbook preview (4)
In the following Contents tab you will be able to define the contents you want to appear in our Passbook. Aspects to consider:
- You can configure the contents of both the cover (1) and the back (2), as well as download the preview (3)
- For the Cover page: You will have 4 spaces where you can add content:
- Heading (max. 1 content) (1)
- Main (max. 1 content) (2)
- Secondary (max. 4 contents) (3)
- Auxiliary (max. 4 contents) (4)
- For the Back page: You will have a single space where you can add as much content as you need, in descending order.
Actions you will be able to carry out:
- Add content (1)
- Modify content (2)
- Delete content (3)
- Change the order of the content (4)
When you click to add or modify content you will have 2 types of content:
Standard content: Corresponds to the usual format (Field+Value)
You will have the whole list of available options, divided into 4 types (Event data, Location information, Attendee information and Event information).
You will have to select the content you want and then click on ADD CONTENT.
Customisable fields are available to be added to the Passbook:
- Additional text at event level (max. 3) (1)
- Additional text at session level (max. 3) (2)
- Tags for new tag groups (max. 3) (3)
Additional text at event level:
Additional text at session level:
- Personalised content: If we want to personalise the structure of the content, breaking away from the structure Field+Value
You can customise the structure of your content by selecting whether you want it to be a Label (literal), avalue or if you want the field to be empty. You will also be able to add as many contents as you want in this same window if they are allowed.
Finally, you will find the Literals tab where you can edit those literals that you have defined in our contents (1) and edit the text of the Terms of Use (2) (same operation as with PDF templates). You will also have the possibility of downloading the passbook (3) to visualise what these literals look like.
In terms of images for the passbook, we will have the 2 images we have always had:
- Header image: Configurable at channel level as well as literal colours, values and background (everything is the same as in legacy).
- Main image: Configurable in the same section as the rest of the Communication elements.
