1.INTRODUCTION
Once you have the venue ready to configure your free seats, blocked seats, your price zones... you will also have the option to associate them to a sales lot. These sales lots allow you to group your seats according to your needs and to decide on which channel/channels you want them to be sold or not.
2.CONFIGURATION
Sales groups can be configured from three different tabs:
- Configurations: Events > Configurations
- Venue Template: Events > My Events > Venue Templates
- Sessions Capacity: Events > My events > Session > Capacity
The sales lots are displayed in the right column where you will find the different groups of labels: block, price zone, sales lot...
By default, the "Base group" sub-tab appears under the Sales lot tab, which you can edit at any time, but you can also create new sales lots by clicking on the icon (+) on the right.
Once you enter the name you want and save, the new sales group label will appear. To assign them, select the corresponding seats and then click on the corresponding label.
In the case of an unnumbered zone, once you click on the sales lot label you will have to:
- Indicate the sales lot you want to extract from
- Select whether you want to assign all seats or a specific number.
- Assign and accept
Once assigned, you can view the breakdown of sales lots in your unnumbered zone by hovering your mouse over the zone.
If you want to expand or reduce an unnumbered capacity on a template without assigned sessions, you will also have the option to specify the sales lots involved.
When you click on the zone editor, select the new capacity and then specify the sales lot involved:
Once you have saved, the configuration of the sales lots will be updated:
