How to block seats

Seats at an event can be held via two different tabs:

• Event template: Event management > Events > Event template
• Session capacity: Event management > Events > Performances > Performance's capacity

In both cases the held seats are displayed in the column on the right, where you’ll find the different tickets: hold, price range, sales group...

By default, within the Hold ticket, the subticket “Promoter Holds” appears and can be edited at any time; but you can also create new types of holds.

To hold seats, select them and drag them into the subticket of the corresponding hold.

To hold just one part of a sector, you have to make the hold through Performance's capacity.
