A nominal event allows you to obtain tickets with information such as the Name, Surname and / or ID of the clients.
To configure this feature, you need to follow these steps:
- The first thing is to configure a ticket template that include the personal data (Nanme, Surname, ID etc.). This can be done accessing Event management > Ticket templates and selecting a nominal ticket template. This template will have to be selected in the event
- Once the template is configured, go to Event Management > Events and within the event where we want to configure the nominal ticket access Sessions > Other settings and select the option enable the Ticket Attendant Sales option.
- Lastly, select the sales channels where we want to configure the nominal tickets.
This information must be filled in during the purchasing process on the same page where the general information of the client is requested.
Once the tickets have been purchased, the client receives an email with the Tickets in PDF, where the complete information appears in the previous point.
