Here are the steps to follow to edit an unnumbered template.
Before we start we need to be clear about the following:
- How many sectors will our venue have?
- What are the sectors going to be called?
- What is the total capacity of the venue?
- How many price zones will we have?
- How many seats will be free and how many blocked?
- Will we have Reduced Mobility and No Visibility seating?
1. Create the sectors.
When creating a new template, a sector called "Base Sector" always appears as the name of the sector. If we do not want this name to be reflected in the sales process or on the ticket, it is necessary to modify it by clicking on the "pencil" icon.
- Type in the desired name

- To add new sectors, select the following option and follow the steps above:
A sector can have several unnumbered zones. It is possible to delete an unnumbered zone or a sector by clicking on the trash icon.
2. Define the price zones
Once the sectors have been created, you can proceed to create the price zones. You can create as many as the number of prices of your tickets. By default in "Price zone" there is a "Base zone" label where all the seats are included by default.
- Click on the “pencil” icon to edit the label (name and colour).
- Distribute the seats in the corresponding price zone. To do this, you need to select the unnumbered area and move the seats to the price zone.
- To add the price in the price zones, you can consult the manual How to add the prices to your tickets.
3. Configure blocks
Blocks are seats that are temporarily not for sale. In the template labels section, you can distribute the seats among the labels you have created. By default, under "Blocking", there is a label called "Blocked promoter" which you can edit at any time.
Click on the "pencil" icon to edit the label (name and colour).
- Distribute the seats in the corresponding blocked area. To do this, you need to select the unnumbered area and move the seats to the blocked label that you want.
Note: In order to do a partial blocking of seats in a zone, it is necessary to perform the blocking from the session tab.
- Configure visibility and accessibility
You have to follow the same procedure as in the previous cases, you will need to select the price zone and distribute the seats in the corresponding tag.
