A nominal event allows you to obtain tickets with information of Name, Surname, ID, date of birth, gender, nationality, etc. of the customers.
To configure this feature, you need to follow these steps:
- In the event where you want to activate the Attendee ticket, you must click on the section General data > Attendee tickets > Activate attendee tickets.
- Once configured in the event you can check in the configuration of the sessions that are going to be nominal that they are configured with the operation of the event. Session > Other settings > Attendee tickets.
- You also have to assign a ticket template that includes Attendee and/or ID data. To do this you will need to go to Events > Communication > Ticket Contents > PDF, ticket and Passbook templates and select a nominal type template. This template will be the one that must be configured in the event.
The customer must fill in this information during the purchase process on the same page on which the customer's general details are requested.
Once the tickets have been purchased, the customer will receive an email with the tickets in PDF, on which the information supplied will appear.
