How to review my event without publishing it

If you need to review the event, select seats and make purchases to verify the entire sales process without an event being on sale to the general public, you can activate the Pending Publication status.

To activate this status, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Events tab and click on Events > sessions. In the Status section, mark Publication pending. Automatically you will see how the boxes for Publication and Sale as well as the side buttons appear in blue. This colour indicates that the event is Publication pending.

2. Once the status has been activated, you need to go to Events > Channels > Contents > Sessions Publication Pending and select the session that appears in this section to access the URL of the session in our sales channel (it does not work at the box office, only through the online sales portal).

Warning: To do these tests it is necessary to use this link and not the link that appears in the session section.

3. Once inside the session, you will be able to review its content.
4. Once you have reviewed it, go back to Events > Session and in the Status section mark as status Ready.
