It is possible to modify some parameters and the capacity of several sessions in bulk. To do this, you need to follow these steps:
1) Go to Event management > Events > Go to the event to be modified > sessions and select the option Show filters. In the Show filters option you will be able to filter by:
- Template: In this filter you can select the venue you want to modify in bulk.
- Dates: This filter allows you to select the sessions to be modified by selecting the periods in which these sessions are held.
- Date range: The system allows you to filter all the days of the week or to filter by specific days.
- Hour ranges: The system allows you to filter the sessions by whole days or by time slots.
- Status: allows you to filter by status.
2) Once you have selected the desired filters, you need to click on the Apply filters option.
The system will show the total number of sessions that have the criteria selected in the filter.
3) Once the filters have been applied, you will be able to edit the details of the sessions selected in the previous point, bulk edit the capacity of these sessions (blocking, unblocking of seats, changes in price zones, changes to sales lots, Visibility and Accessibility) and edit the Communication information.
Edit the details of the Programming tab.
To edit sessions, go to Event Management > Events > Go to event to edit sessions > Schedule and edit the following items:
- Name of session
- Rate
- Taxes
- Channel release dates
- Sales
- Access Control
Bulk edit the capacity
To edit the capacity of each of the sessions go to Event management > Events > Go to the event to be modified > sessions > Capacity so that the system applies the modifications to all the selected sessions:
These changes will not affect tickets that have already been sold, booked or issued.
Edit communication
In this section it is possible to change the Communication information of the Web Content and Ticket Content.
In Web Content you can change the name, description and image of the session that appears on the portal.
In Ticket Content you can change the name, the main image and the ZPL image of the purchase tickets.
Once the changes have been made to the capacity, it is necessary to save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
