How to block seating

Blocking seats at an event can be done from three different tabs:

• Configurations: Events > Configurations
• Venue Template: Events >My events > Venue templates
• Session Capacity: Events > My Events > Session > Capacity

The locked seats are displayed in the right column where you will find the different groups of tabs: block, price zone, sales lot...

By default, within the Blocking section, the sub-section "Promoter holds" appears, which you can edit at any time; but you can also create new types of blocking by clicking on the icon (+) that appears on the right.

Once you enter the name you want and save, the new blocking tab will appear. To block the seats, select the corresponding seats and then click on the block tab.

In the case of an unnumbered area, once you click on the blocking tab, you will have the option of indicating the current status of the seats to be locked and whether it applies to all seats or to a specific number of seats.
