How to use ticket locator

For  this option you have to go to Sales > Tickets 

The ticket locator allows you to find each individual ticket in a very visual way by using filters to obtain direct information and sort them by date or relevance.

It allows you, for example, to locate a specific user by email address or name and surname.

 It is also useful to have a quick overview of the number of tickets sold per event/sales channel/venue.

​​By selecting the order, you can see more detailed information about the seats:

Details of seats  (Sector/Zone)

• History
• View the Ticket PDF
• See the number of impressions 
• See validations
