Before adding a template to an event, it is necessary to set it up in the Configurations sub-tab.
In this sub-tab, found in Events > Configurations, you can carry out several operations:
Find, Modify, Duplicate or Delete a template.
- Find: From the space indicated with a magnifying glass, it is possible to search by name for a specific enclosure that has already been created previously. Consult your Onebox manager
- Modify: Allows us to edit the selected template to change its name, change the name of the sectors, add seats, add sectors, create price zones, blocks, sales lots, etc. (settings wheel).
- Duplicate: Allows you to clone a template that you want to use (settings wheel).
- Delete: Delete the selected template from the list of templates (settings wheel).
Create a new template
As an event organiser you can create new venue templates by clicking on the New event organiser template option.
This option allows you to create a template from a base template associated to a specific venue.
Create a base template from a template that has already been created.
Create a new template:
In this case, we have two options: create a Graphic template or a template. Non-graphic, selecting the New option. In either case, the name of the template is editable.
Once the template is created, it will appear in the list of templates with the name defined in Events> Configurations.
