Legal notice for the purchase of tickets by minors.

1. Configuration in Cpanel

Channels →My channels→Operative → Options

By activating the date of birthdate, the Manage restrictions dialog will be enabled. In this section we configure the minimum age requirement.

For the best functioning of this restriction, it is recommended that the date be a mandatory field.

2. Sales portal

When entering the date, if the system detects that the user is under the established age, it will display a warning message and will not allow the user to complete the operation.

The message can be modified in the channel literals. The age is a dynamic field, so the code associated to this field must be maintained.

An additional condition can be added to the purchase process where the user confirms that they comply with the established age.

It is recommended that this condition be mandatory.
