The Buyers tab, in the Audience module, is the CRM from which you can extract databases of customers who have purchased tickets on the platform.
The steps to obtain the databases are as follows:
1, Go to Audience > Buyers
2. The data can be obtained from different filters. On the left side, we will have a series of fields to mark in 4 parts:
- Personal Data
- Communication data
- Business data
- Products
Personal data: In this section we configure the demographic filters of the data we want to obtain.
- Communication data: Select one of the following options:
- Communications (Yes they have accepted or No they have not accepted to send advertising).
- Subscription lists (This must have been previously created in Audience > Subscriptions and assigned to the corresponding event).
- Collectives (If the clients are linked to any collective)
- Channels (Select the channels you are interested in)
- User registration
- Business data
- Products: In this section you can filter by different parameters such as event, session, promotion, and date of the session.
3.Select Apply to obtain the list of the requested data on screen.
If you need to change the default columns, simply click on the gear button on the right hand side of the columns and select the ones you want:
This list can be exported via email.
On the other hand, you also have the option to save the queries you use the most:
And they will be added under My queries, and you will not need to apply the filters again.
The Buyers module also allows you to link the databases to the subscription lists that allow you to register customers who have purchased a certain type of event. It can also be linked to distribution lists that allow you to store certain data to be able to massively disseminate information.
