How to configure images in the sales channel

In order to configure some of the images that appear in the PDF ticket, the receipt and in the last step of the purchasing process, it is necessary to add the following image formats in the Sales channels > My sales channels tab.

Images of the PDF ticket

Follow the route: Sales channels > My sales channels > Sales channel to be modified > Channel Contents > Ticket

• Image Header Ticket: 1076 x 56 px.
• Image Banner: 520 x 420 px.
• Passbook 350 x 60 px.

Receipt and last step of purchasing process:

Follow: Sales channels > My sales channels > The channel to be modified > Channel contents > Graphic content

• Banner header: 670 x 56 px.
• Banner channel: 300 x 242 px.
