To be able to configure some of the images that appear on the PDF ticket, on the receipt and in the last step of the purchase process, it is necessary to attach the following image formats in the Channels > My channels tab.
Images of the PDF ticket
Follow the path: Channels > My channels > Channel to be modified > Communication > Tickets
- Header image: 1076 x 56 px.
- Banner image: 520 x 420 px.
- Passbook 350 x 60 px.
Email Images
- HEADER BANNER 670x56px
This image is used as the header of the purchase confirmation email messages.
- CHANNEL BANNER 300x242px
This image is used in the footer of the purchase confirmation emails.
