To generate reports in the system you need to go to Reports > and choose one of the following options:
Each type of report provides you with one type of information or another. Choose the one you need:
- Channel summary sales: Report that shows the sales made by the channel of all the events it has in its portal, with the average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity, and availability.
- Channel sales by event: Report that shows the sales made by the channel for a specific event, with the average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity, and availability.
- Turnover by user: Report that shows the sales made by the users of the channel.
Once you have selected the type of report you want, you need to configure the parameters you want to obtain the data. Optionally, you can attach information on channel refunds by event, show information on insurance sales, hide organiser surcharges, filter by dates and specific periods.
Once you have selected all the information you wish to consult in the report, select the option: Run Document. After a few seconds, the report will be generated:
When you select the Generate report option, a new window will open with the following information indicating that the report is in the process of being created:
After a few seconds, the report will be generated.
Channel Summary Sales
Shows the number of tickets sold on the channel in the period we have configured in the previous point, in three tabs:
Sales by event
Sales by channel
Sales by collective
In the report we can find the following information:
- Tickets: Net tickets
- Complimentary: Number of complimentary tickets
- Revenue: Turnover of net tickets
- Promoter Fee: Promoter surcharges excluding refunds, complimentary, and bookings
- Prom. Total: Net turnover + promoter surcharge
- Channel: Channel surcharge amount obtained from tickets sold (without refunds, complimentary tickets and bookings)
Channel sales by event
Shows the sales made on the channel for a specific event, with average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity, and availability.
This information is broken down into three tabs:
- Sales by session
- Sales by group
- Sales by discount/promotion
Turnover by user
Shows the sales made by users on the channel. This information is broken down into two tabs:
- Billing by terminal
- Invoicing by user
The reports can be downloaded in Excel and/or PDF.
It is also possible to subscribe to a report to receive it automatically to one or more previously configured e-mails.
