To be able to make packs or promotions with different sessions*, price zones and events, we have to use the operation promotions. This allows you to make discounts on the total purchase and not per ticket, i.e. a promotion is made to the total of the cart.
It is built so that there is visibility of these cart promotions between entities. Cross-selling can be used to suggest events/sessions when one of those in the pack has been selected.
It is applicable on sales portals and web box office**.
These discounts are configured at channel level.

It is configured in the same way as an event promotion/discount with the only difference that in the Allocation zones section you can select the event, as well as the session and price zone.
These promotions cannot be used with blocking, nor do they have the option of a new base price.
A usage counter has been included so that you can always know how many operations have been carried out with a specific promotion.
It can be automatic, applied automatically once you select the corresponding events/session, or manual, applied to some users according to the conditions established in the assigned group.

Event and operation promotions are compatible. Both can coexist in the same purchase process. The operation promotions do not accumulate.
**It cannot be configured at the box office.
