Cross-selling allows you to suggest and recommend the purchase of other events once you have selected the tickets you want to buy.
For example, if the end customer is buying tickets for a concert, you can offer them other concerts and products related to the event they are interested in before they complete their purchase.
To set up this option, you need to go to Sales channels > My channels > Go to the channel you need > Operative > Cross-selling.
Once inside the Cross-selling tab you have to select the event in the column Event in cart and on the right hand side of the screen Assign the event or product that you want to suggest.
Once selected, the suggested event will be fixed in the Suggestions column. In this column we can add all the suggested events or products we want, and we can also delete them when we no longer want to recommend them.
In the purchase process, once the final customer has selected the seats they want to buy, the event or product suggested in the previous section will appear under the shopping cart.
Once the desired products have been selected, the purchase summary will show the breakdown of the purchase as shown below:
