As a sales channel and after prior agreement with the promoter, we can configure the surcharges and costs of our channel. This configuration can be done from Channels > Sales Requests > Operative > Surcharges. In this section there are two key sub-tabs: Surcharges and Agent commission.
Surcharges
Allows you to configure the management costs that will be applied to the channel. The system allows you to apply different surcharges for tickets without promotion (Generic fees) and for tickets with promotion (Configure alternative surcharges for discount tickets). Once configured, the channel can see the simulation of the price that the customer will pay.(Final price preview).
Agent commission
In this section the channel costs are configured for both normal and promotional tickets. The costs do not affect the price paid by the customer.
