Order finder
The main feature of this module is to find a transaction quickly.
It allows you to find a purchase by using the order code. This locator number can be found on the tickets purchased or in the email received.
It also allows you to:
- View the PDF ticket: Once the transaction code has been entered, you can view it by clicking on the "View ticket" option. The ticket in PDF format will open on your screen.
- Show the details of each seat: When you locate a transaction, the screen shows information about the transaction:
1. Transaction Details: Basic information of the seat.
2. Amount: Total amount and breakdown of the transaction.
3. Customer details: Basic customer information (Name, Email, Telephone, Document type, ID, etc.).
4. Breakdown of Tickets: In this section you can see in detail the information of each seat by clicking on it. You can also obtain information on the status of the printouts and whether the seats have been validated.
5. Cash Movements: Allows you to obtain information on bank details and payment methods.
6. Notes/Observations: Enter additional information or notes on the operation.
- Resend the tickets to the email address used to make the purchase, or send the tickets to an email address other than the one associated with the purchase.
Important: You can change the email address to send the tickets to a different email address. However, this second email address will not be registered on the platform.
- Returns: Once the transaction has been located and the details of the transaction have been provided, it is possible to return the transaction.
There are three types of returns:
- Return: This is a return that only marks the tickets as returned, it does not take care of the economic refund. For this reason, once the manual return has been confirmed by Cpanel, it will be necessary to access the payment POS to make the financial refund.
- Return + Refund: This is an automatic and direct return to the POS, so it will not be necessary to carry out any subsequent action once the return has been confirmed.
- Return + Refund in code with balance
Once you have selected the return you need, click on the Return option.
Once clicked, a box will be displayed in which two things must be selected before confirming the return:
- Amount to be refunded (taking into account the administration costs).
- Type of return (explained in the previous slide).
