How to position Ticket images

You can configure the images of the PDF ticket from 4 different sections in CPanel:

• Event > Communication > Ticket Contents: Main Image, Main Banner. This section is available for the Organiser, not for the Channel.

• Events > Ticket templates: Header image, Ticket background image, Event image, Ticket background image and banners. This section is available for the Organiser, not for the Channel.

• Sales Channels > My Channels > Communication > Ticket: Header Image and Banner Image.

• Channels > Sales Requests > Communication > Ticket Content: Event Images and Header Image.

Main image: 360 x 430 px.

Main banner: 520 x 856 px.

Secondary banner: 520 x 420 px.

Main image of the ticket printer: 624 x 696 px.

Banner: 456 x 112 px.

Channels

Header image: 1076 x 56 px.

Banner Image: 520 x 420 px.

Passbook channel 350x60px

Header banner: 670 x 56 px.

Channel Banner 300x242

Ticket templates

Header image: 1076 x 56 px.

Ticket background image: 636 x 430 px.

Event image: 360 x 430 px.

Main banner: 520 x 856 px.

Secondary Banner: 520 x 420 px.

Channel Banner: 520 x 420 px.

Sales requests

Main image: 360 x 430 px.

Main banner: 520 x 856 px.

Secondary banner: 520 x 420 px.

Ticket printer main image: 624 x 696 px.

Banner: 456 x 112 px.

To upload the image for each section, it is necessary to attach each one by clicking on the Change image button.
