How to configure ticket images

You can configure the PDF ticket images from four different sections in CPanel:

• Event > Comunication> Ticket Content: Main Image, Main Banner and Secondary Banner. This section is only available to the Event Organizer, no for the Sales Channel.

• Event Management > Ticket Template: Main Image, Ticket back Image, Event Imagen and banners. This section is only available to the Event Organizer, no for the Sales Channel.

• Sales Channels > My sales channels > Channel contents > Ticket: Header Image and Banner Image.

• Sales Channels > Sales requests > Communication > Ticket Content: Header Image and Banner Body.

Header image: 1076 x 56 px.

Banner Image: 520 x 420 px.

Passbook channel 350x60px

Header banner: 670 x 56 px.

Channel Banner 300x242

Sales requests

Main Image: 360 x 430 px.

Main Banner: 520 x 856 px.

Secondary Banner: 520 x 420 px.

Main Image for printer tickets: 624 x 696 px.

Banner: 456 x 112 px.

To upload the image for each section, each image must be added by clicking on the button Change Image.

The hierarchy in the order of ticket images is as follows:

1. Event
2. Channels
3. Sales requests
4. Ticket Templates
