To be able to create complimentary tickets, follow these steps in the Box Office application.  If you don’t have access or you’ve forgotten your username and password, you can get in touch with us.

1. Open the Box Office application with your username and password.

2. Select the Shopping trolley icon.

3. Select the event, performance and seats that you want to include in the complimentary tickets.

4. Select the option complimentary ticket or free complimentary ticket.

5. Select the option Sale.
