How to find a transaction in box office

To find a transaction in Box Office you need to go to Search Transactions (calculator icon) in the upper menu bar.

On the left of the screen, there is a panel where you can filter the transactions according to different parameters: events, sales channels, transaction type, ticket type, individual/group tickets and delivery method. This option allows you to quickly find the transaction you’re looking for.

You can also type the transaction code into the search bar and it will take you directly to the transaction you’re looking for.
