How to make a sale in box office

The steps to follow to make a sale in Box Office are:

1. Open the Box Office app with your username and password.

2. Check your printer is properly configured.

3. Go to Procedure (shopping trolley icon) and select the event and performance for which you want to make the sale.

4. Select the seat(s). Information about the seats will automatically appear in the panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

5. Click on the button Sale.

6. Select the payment method: cash, card or bank transfer.

7. Fill in the details we ask for on the screen.

8. Accept the sale to complete the process.
