Before you can make reservations via the Box Office application, the event must be configured in CPanel. In case of doubt, we recommend you consult the article I can’t make reservations in Box Office.
The steps to make a reservation in Box Office are the following:
1. Open the Box Office app.
2. Go to Procedure (shopping trolley icon).
3. Select the event, performance and seat(s) that you want to reserve.
4. Click the Reservation button at the bottom of the screen on the right.
5. Add the required fields in the new screen and click Accept. If you have followed all the steps the reservation will have been made correctly.
To add additional information to the reservation, for example Client info, you need to select the user icon which is situated in the upper-left part of the screen. For Notes/Observations click on the upper-right icon on the screen.
