On the Onebox platform we find different types of reports for the Event Managerr. These reports present the information in a summarised way and are intended to be a key tool in the decision making and daily management of the organiser.
To generate reports in the system you need to go to the Reports tab > Event manager and choose one of the following options:
Types of Reports:
- Event report displays all the information related to the pre-release configuration of the event: event producer, contact details, scheduled sessions, prices and release and on-sale dates.
- General Sales report this report allows you to quickly check the sales for each of your active events and how they are distributed among the channels you are working with.
The information is presented in an aggregated form according to the groupings of events (tours, festivals, competitions...) determined by the organiser.
We can also see the earnings of each of the distribution channels for our shows and what their average selling price is. This information will help us to better target and segment when we offer certain products or run certain promotions.
- General Sales (Reduced) Displays the Sales by Event tab of the General Sales report.
- Sales per event This report contains all the information on the operational situation of a specific event: number of tickets sold, turnover obtained, invitations generated, collection in terms of surcharges, occupancy rate, available capacity and average ticket price.
All this information is displayed for each of the sessions and for each of the distribution channels you are working with.
Other relevant information is the distribution of sales by group, which provides the organiser with information on the value of the discount and/or promotion that has been waived for each promotion done.
- Sales by Event (Reduced) Displays the Sales by Session tab of the Sales by Event report.
- Session sales. Allows you to filter any of the sessions of an event to obtain information about the sales of a particular session or group of sessions.
In this report we focus on the sales made for each price zone, taking into account the offers that have been available during the sales process. In other words, we show the sales made for each price offered according to the price zone, thus obtaining an average sales price per zone.
- Access Report. Report that allows to know the tickets sold (expected audience) for each of the accesses of an enclosure. During the opening of doors, you can check online the evolution of the validated tickets and the attendance percentage.
The report is displayed per individual session or for all sessions of an event:
- Daily Sales Comparison. Analytics report that compares daily sales with those of the previous year showing % variation and a trend graph.
- Sales by period. It requests the product level (event or session) and time period (day, week, month) and shows the evolution and accumulated sales since the beginning of the sale. This report has a longer response time.
You can access reports in Cpanel from Sales > Reports > Event Organiser or from your mobile device via the Mobile Reporting App. For more information on how to use the reports on your mobile device, see the Mobile Reports App manual.
