How to generate Channel Management reports

To generate reports in the system you need to go to the left panel and click on Reports at the bottom:

We will see the following page with all the possible types of reports that we can export (In this case we focus on channel reports).

Click on Channel Manager, the list will be displayed.

Each type of report provides you with one type of information or another. Choose the one you need:

• Channel summary sales: Report that shows the sales made by the channel of all the events it has in its portal, with the average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity and availability.
• Channel sales by event: Report that shows the sales made by the channel for a specific event, with the average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity and availability.
• Turnover by user: Report that shows the sales made by the users of the channel.

Once you have selected the type of report you want, you need to configure the parameters you want to obtain the data. Optionally, you can attach information on channel returns by event, show information on insurance sales, hide organiser surcharges, filter by dates and specific periods.

Once you have selected all the information you wish to view in the report, select the option: Run Document at the bottom of the page. After a few seconds, the report will be generated:

When you select the Run Document option, the following information will appear indicating that the report is being created:

After a few seconds, the report will have been generated.

Channel Summary Sales

Shows the number of tickets sold through the channel in the period we have configured in the previous point, in two tabs:

Sales by event

Sales by channel

In the report we can find the following information:

• Tickets: Net tickets
• Invitations: Number of invitations
• Turnover: Turnover of net tickets
• Promoter: Promoter surcharges excluding returns, invitations and bookings
• Prom: Net turnover + promoter surcharge
• Channel: Channel surcharge amount obtained from tickets sold (without refunds, invitations and bookings)

Channel sales by event

Shows the sales made by the channel for a specific event, with average turnover, occupancy rate, capacity and availability.

This information is broken down into three tabs:

• Sales by session
• Sales by group
• Sales by discount/promotion

Turnover by user

Shows the sales made by users of the channel. This information is broken down into two tabs:

• Billing by terminal
• Billing by user

The reports can be downloaded in Excel and/or PDF.

It is also possible to subscribe to a report to receive it automatically to one or more previously configured e-mails.
