1.INTRODUCTION
From your Portal Box Office channel you will be able to create bookings that can be finalised by the end customer through the payment method that you configure.
2.CONFIGURATION
In the channel configuration, in the Operative tab, you will find the Bookings section where you can:
- Activate the booking module
- Allow the payment of the booking
- Add the channel URL
- Add the existing payment method(s) to the channel for this booking.
IMPORTANT: Remember that you will have to have the booking activated for your event.
Once the channel is configured, you can access your Portal Box Office with login and password and select your event, your seats to book and fill in the customer data. At the end of the booking, you will see the booking information along with the payment link of the booking:
The customer will also have received an email with the booking information along with the PAY NOW button where they can finalise the purchase of that reservation.
The content of this booking email can be configured within the channel in the Communication tab in the Emails > Booking Confirmation section:
Once the customer accesses this link it will take them to the booking summary where, once they accept the purchase conditions and click on continue, it will take them to the payment method configured where they will be able to finalise the purchase.
