As a promoter, the system allows you to check the sales of your events in different ways depending on the information you want to obtain.

Event seat status
Go to Events> My events > Sessions > Seat status and you will be able to access the sales information for a specific session.

Event capacity
In seated venues, go to Events > My events > Sessions > Capacity and check the capacity status of each of the sessions available to you according to the venue template for each session.
By navigating between the different sectors you can view the status of the seats on the map.

Detail of operations
Access Sales > Orders and make queries or extract information about the operations sold. as well as allowing you to export the results, the configuration panel allows you to filter the orders according to:
1.Channel Entity:
2.Channel
3.Type of operation: Select whether it is a refund, issue, booking or purchase.
4.Merchant code
5.User
6.Event
7.Session

List of tickets
The list of tickets allows you to obtain information on tickets sold and export it to Excel or other formats. To get the Ticket List, go to Sales > Tickets and enter the parameters you wish to obtain. For more information, see the article How to extract a list of tickets sold.
