The list of tickets allows you to obtain information on tickets sold and export it to Excel or other formats in which you can continue working.
To extract the list of tickets you need to follow this step by step:
1. Go to Sales > Tickets. In Tickets you can filter by the following fields:
2. Enter the necessary parameters to obtain the desired list. The data that can be filtered to extract a specific list are:
- Event: This filter does not show archived events.
- Sessions: Multiple selection. Deleted sessions are never shown.
If the filter by session is active, you can also filter by:
- Price zone.
- Sector.
- Channel: Does not allow multiple selection.
- Complementary: Complementary or general tickets.
- Print status: Printed or not printed.
- Access control: Validated or not validated.
- Date from: Date and time.
- Date to: Date and time.
The list of tickets shows all tickets with the following exceptions:
- Cancelled tickets are not shown.
- Refunds are not shown.
- Archived event tickets are not shown.
It also displays a set of metrics at the bottom:
- Total products: The number of tickets displayed on the screen after applying filters.
- Base Price: The sum of the base price field of all tickets.
- Discounts and promotions: The sum of the amounts of automatic promotions, customer discounts and customer promotions for all tickets.
- Ticket price: The sum of the ticket price field of all tickets.
- Organiser surcharges: The sum of the organiser surcharges field of all tickets.
- Channel surcharges: The sum of the channel surcharges field of all tickets.
- Total: Base price - all discounts and promotions + organiser surcharges + channel surcharges + delivery method fees for box office sales only. Portal sales do not include delivery method fees, nor are insurance fees ever included.
No metrics are taken into account or shown for :
- Insurance..
- Delivery method surcharges for Portal sales
3. The list of tickets allows you to export the information of the entries in a CSV file, and even add more fields (columns) with extra information that is not shown on the screen.
To export a list of tickets it is necessary to select the excel icon at the top right hand of the screen.
